People often see the races, the medals, or the coaching, but they don't always see the journey behind them.
For over a decade, I've served in the military. These years have taught me discipline, resilience, leadership, and how to keep moving forward when things get uncomfortable. I've worked alongside incredible people, faced challenges that tested me mentally and physically, and learned that growth rarely happens inside your comfort zone.
When I discovered endurance running, I found another way to test those lessons.
The mountains, the trails, and the endless miles became more than training, they became a place to grow, reflect, and push beyond what I thought was possible. I've experienced the highs of crossing finish lines and the lows of races that didn't go to plan. Both have taught me valuable lessons.
Today, I coach because I believe everyone is capable of more than they realise.
